F.H.E - Thanksgiving

Tonight for Family Home Evening we talked about being thankful. Everyone got in to the action, even Calista was babbling up a storm. Apparently she has a lot to be thankful for! Here are Ed and his girls. He is so outnumbered!
Calista turned 4 months on Saturday.
She is strong enough to hold herself up in [Julie's] exersaucer.

Here she is again. What a cutie!
This is a funny story... We finished F.H.E. and Ed and the girls started to doodle after we made our Family Thanksgiving Turkey (you know the one where you outline your hand then write what you are thankful for in the feathers) and Ed started to draw a picture of Leah. I told Leah she had to get in the shower since it was already 7:25. She put up a fight because she was waiting for Papa to finish her picture. We all know that what mom says goes, so she reluctantly (and not quietly) went to take a shower. Of course Ed finished her picture like 3 minutes after she left so he told Naomi to slip it under the door for her. Next thing we hear is Leah telling Naomi "Give this to Dad". Noami comes out with the picture and you can see what Leah thought of the picture. She wrote "kool" on it with toothpaste! At least she's resourceful!

What a joyous little Calista.
Hey Ed, nice hands on Leah! Maybe Scott can give you some art lessons! Love you Leah and Naomi!
