Pumpkin Stew

A few years ago at an Enrichment evening in San Pedro, Lourdes brought pumpkin stew.

I loved it so much that it has become a tradition in our family. This year we shared this tradition with the Cochran's.

The stew itself was not the best I have made,

but that pretty much describes the day I was having!

Either way it was edible and Jules' dessert was delicious!

Oh, and we all loved getting whipped by Ed at Yahtzee (His score was 415!)
